Dear Choti Bahu,

It seems you are inspired by Indian TV serials... :)

Never mind... lets come to your Blood Glucose readings.

FASTING - Upto 99 is Normal

100 - 126 is Prediabetes

126 Upwards is confirmed Diabetes

PP - After Two Hours

Below 140 - Normal

140 - 200 Pre Diabetic

200 + confirmed diabetic

Based on your readings one can say that you are 'PRE-DIABETIC'

It means that if you seriously work on improving your diet + exercise... you can control your diabetes without any medicines.

OR

If you don't control now, then in another 1-2 years, you will have to start taking medicines for life.

Please choose healthy life without medicines... why waste so much money on bad health..

Good health is cheap and easier on you.

All the best.

Any more questions. please feel free to ask.

Happy to Help

Riyaz

Ideally as soon as you get up on the morning, but approximately 10 to 12 hours after your dinner...But for post meal, close to 2 hours after breakfast OR lunch..3/4 minutes +- is ok...

Chotibahu your body is giving you warning ...you must listen to those alarms and should act quickly...

elevated sugar means problem of metabolism of carbohydrates... and therefore best strategy is to reduce consumption of carbs...or u may replace carbs with good fats..

also little bit exercise such as brisk walking may help u...

Trust me nothing has gone very wrong yet...with proper diet control you can regain your normal health in very short time..

It is suggested that you should also get your Hba1c test done....which will give us you a real picture..

You should measure your blood sugar pp after 2 hours from the start of your food and for FBS you should be under fasting at least for 8 hours.
