Alpha lipoic acid is helpful in diabetes type 2, avaiable as suppliment in the market .Pl suggest if some one is taking.

Yes. I'm taking 300 mg daily. 600 mg if have neuritic pain. Watch for thyroid.

ALA increases insulin sensitivity.
