please advise me how to control the FBS/PPBS on daily basis ??

My hba1c levels remains under good control ?? below 6.5

Dear saravanan1965 ,From your posts it is clear that you are puzzled a lot as I was,a few years back.Please,be hopeful!After learning basics of diabetes management from knowledgeable and experienced people in this forum including Administrator and Volunteers,you will become relaxed to great extent.At present,I want to advice you following:

1.Collect your doubts time to time and summarized them.Instead of posting them separately,post them point-wise in a single post.Then it will be easier for people to clarify your doubts.Remember-what we are asking is important and it is also important that how we are asking i.e.Content as well as representation matter!

2.Choose the best specialist doctor for yourself even,if he charges more.Every doctor having a degree need not to be much knowledgeable.In the same way as a man having a DSLR camera need not to be a good photographer.

3.Keep visiting in the forum and read old posts posted by knowledgeable and experienced people.I hope that after reading those posts many of your doubts will be automatically cleared as lots of questions and answers are contained in those posts.

4.During learning of diabetes management,taking suggestions is comparatively easier but difficult part is to implement them.You must have a practical approach to get the desired results.

5.Appropriate change in diet and life style are keys of diabetes management.So,focus on them and avoid stress as far as possible as a stressful mind can not learn effectively and efficiently.

I have learned here many things from real helping hands and have got benefited a lot.I am thankful to them all the time and wish to help others in the same way as they have helped me.
