Diabetes Reversal?

Now, I know a lot of people are looking for a 'cure' for their diabetes, but it's like looking for the Holy Grail, for, if you choose a diet that effectively returns your blood markers to normal, then a return to your old diet means you will return to sickness. Therefore to talk of a 'cure' is trying to not smoke. However, if you find a lifestyle that works and returns your blood markers to normal, then I guess you might like to consider yourself cured, so long of course you stick to your regime. It's a moot point, but anyway, here's the link and encouragement you might like to consider. Article page 10.
