Good films, thanks for sharing Mike.

All, I would say please be patient when you watch the films and even if you disagree with the diet regimens, I am sure majority of the content is relevant to all diabetics

LCHF and the Blood Sugar diet will work, but I suspect the woman with the highest readings will be a red herring. 

Why?

If the overweight Asian doctor (following the ADA recommendations) advice to 'Eat more cereal and bread for the fibre...' is a shining example of his own advice, then that lady is going to struggle.
