Metformin 250mg x2 at night only for Glucose
Simvastatin 20 mg X1 at night only for cholesterol
It's a sulphonlyurea group of drugs.
Useful in prodding the pancreas / beta cells to release insulin.
This way it will utilize the glucose circulating in the system.
