What are these meant to be a supplement for? Jamun juice is said to be good for diabetics but personally I feel it ends up being a misnomer. If you get fresh jamuns and eat them perhaps you will gain the benefit. But if you are going to have jamun juice which has addedd sugar or which is preserved then you loose the enzymes and other phyto chemicals that would benefit you. So when in season eat some jamuns else skip jamun juice,
Karela is supposed to be good for diabetics. Again if you are prone to acidity then you will end up having acidity. If you must have karela, probably try having some karela powder with water like you would take some medicine with water.
Apple cider vinegar -- unless you get the non-pasteurized ACV, you will not get the health benefits. The non-pasteurized ACV should have a cloudy sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Shake the bottle well and then take a spoon full of it. It will be very sour so you want to mix it in a cup or more of water. DO NOT add sugar or honey to the water, because then you are taking added sugar. Alternately you can add the ACV to salads or other raw preparations where you add lemon or lime juice.
I would suggest not to stick to one. Consume these randomly. Anyhow these do not give dramatic results.
