I have fbs 107 and pbbs 83 . what i have to do ?

Without drugs. I am taking medicine for kidney stone only. Cystone every i am taking. No other medicine. Whether i have diabetes or not also i dont know. Please help me

Have you taken your blood sugar readings for a few consecutive days? Take the fasting and pp after breakfast, lunch and dinner. See what those numbers are. Get your A1C test done see what those numbers are. If you already have those numbers then together they will be give a clue what is happening with you.

I take generally rice, dal, curd , some little bit sweet as lunch/dinner. Morning idli, dosa, puri, upma etc

If your ppbs is 83, you have to reduce your quantity of medicine for Diabetes.
