As you stick to 100 gms of Carb a day, I think this is more than sufficient to control your BS level. Then what is the need/role of High fat in your diet? Please explain.

100 gms a day definitely is no way to control a diabetic BS level!

Human beings have zero, I repeat zero need for exogenous carbohydrate. Glucose needed for red blood corpuscles (they do not have mitochondria) or other functions can be made by the liver from protein.

If healthy natural fats (not man made, such as seed oils ) are upped to satiety along with non processed vegetables (healthy carbs) then type 2 diabetes would be consigned to the dustbin of history (and that includes most T2 patients who have been on insulin for years when adopting a LCHF lifestyle).
