Is the growth recent? What is your calcium level?

I had a bone growth on my left wrist a year back. Ayurvedic dr suggested reduce intake of calcium. My calcium level was 10.4. (range 9-10.5 mg/dL). He said excess calcium gets deposited in the joints and thus causes the growth. Moreover, after food, one should not go to bed immediately. We have to wait for 1 hour atleast for the calcium to be absorbed by the blood, if not they cause such problem. I reduced intake of calcium, and now it is 6 months now, the growth is no more, and my wrist is normal. This is my experience. I donot know what your situation is, I am just trying to pass on information and trying to help.

This is known as gangleon. I had it im my left wrist. It is in fact a fluid . My doctor injected a needle and the fluid spread out, and it was gone. No pain is involved except an injection prick.
