I have been living with type2 diabetes for d last 20 years. Doing regulr exercises ,medication and diet. This 3 dimensional approach helped me a lot in keeping d sugar levels in control.

Congratulations!Please elaborate.
Would plus one your simple solution. Would suggest to take light food in evening well before 7 PM and have breakfast after 7AM next day. Give clear 12 hours for your system to recuperate. Your FBS will be rock steady and normal. You will get very good sleep at night. Must warn that first few days/ weeks you will feel hungry at nights and may have food cravings. You win it, you have won half the battle against diabetes!
