I am a new member my age is 56 years and D M about last 5 years I am joing with my friends advise yesterday And seen some of posts of several members without introducing myself to the forum

I am sorry for reading your post not to notice your information .

So Please share how to control D M in brief

To know driving you must understand the car. So to control diabetes, understand and know diabetes.then the path to control will open before you which will help you to take your own well informed decision.

Concerned and Anup dueto respect I am south Indian pure vegeterian i am not used eggs chicken meat beaf etc Only rice ragi and vegetables pulses ghee butter curd milk ground nut oil sunflower oil etc only Please guide as vegetareian food

O K U know I am a M D in one company company has given me one car with driver topick up from house to office day and night .

further I am having MARUTI SWIFT CAR and one Bajaj Pulser and one Active honda in my house.

Now u may please intimate how u controled and what action taken me to control

Please share what is the herbal mdicine I amstding something in herbal product and my brother in law is also agent oneof herbal powder company Please give the name of the herbs u used if it good I may used and it may help the D M persons

I am DM from 2010 ten FBS 145 PPBS 168 but other tests I may nottested the Doctors also not prescribed any tsts since my health condition is too good in all respect.

recently in Agust 5 TH i am tested details as follows

FBS 115 PPBS 139 HBA1C 6.4 TC158 TG 80 LDL 82 HDL 60 VLDL 16 hb 16.3

ECG IN NORMAL URINE ROUTINE NORMAL

Height 5.8 wt 63 kg BMI 21.8

All the members members please share the actually what I can do ?

Welcome 59 nagaraj to this group. This group is most of xtra ordinary inteligents in ADA WHO /USA guideline and mayo ADA etc etc followers they have good knowledge inthesubject

Some of members were followd LCHF diet system they also advise u to followed that system totaly u are joined thegood forum U canseen all comments and decide which is better to u

Ganeally Low carb items is good since carb food spikes BS immediately For DM peoples Bs spikes to be gradally Best thing If u gives the gap one meals to another meals at least 5 or 7 hours there is no chances of DM also

Please share your diet plan and drugs if u consumed yet

ur blood test report is fair. Try LWMDR (longwheat kanji) in tamilnadu longwheat called samba wheat. kindly read shooter george posts.

morning -LWMDR + vegetables or black channa 1cup.

lunch- asusual

evening- green tea or green salad

dinner - LWMDR + veg curry or black channa 1cup

when ever u feel hungry take buttermilk ,sprouts & water.

kindly avoid biscuits, milk, fruits ,sugar added products & sugar.

i follow this diet, last 70 days without medicine. my sugar level under control.

walk daily 30 minutes.

For a person age in mid sixtees who has had bypass surgery and also an diebetic on oral medicine please recommend a detail diet plan maintaining good levels of blood sugar without insulin when it was detected 10 yrs back it was 476
