Penis foreskin doesn't come out and 20-30% erection only, cum in 2-4 min

I have been trying to understand this problem, what I understood is, that its phimosis, but then nowhere they have written about erection. Please guide me

It may be due to diabities, initially fungus infection and then phimosis which a painful state. No need to worry, control your sugar to get out of the problem. For immediate relief, wash the penis with a liitle diluted Hydrogen Per Oxide and then apply Vetnovat-N creame.
