My blood sugar remains well within limits (fasting 80 and pp 115) for the last 2+ yrs. The reason I attribute more on my spiritual journey, thinking my Swamy_ master - God Sri Sathya Saibaba for all my actions and activities.

I have no frequent urination problem either. My life style includes limited food intake and compensate occassional heavy food occassionally, with immediate lessening food measure. Of course I consume daily 1.5 sugar tabs and 1 BP tab.
