Lost weight

I had problem that when i go to urine and come back then 2 or 3 drops of urine are dropped or ejaculate and to which i can't stop. I had another problem that i can't stay more than 3 seconds during sex,

And also i lost 20 kg of my weight. I had small diabetes problem not much. I want remedy
