Please post a detail of diabetes diet medicines and how to control in normal ways Explain which are ayurvedic medicines to be used by T 2 persons

My H B A1C 5.8 tested on october 2014 F B S 95 P P B S 126 tested on april 2015 TG 76 HDL 47 LDL 68 vldl 15 since diabetic from last 21 years . but no complication found until today i have walk one hour every day and yoga for 35-45 minutes particularly front bending and back bending i am using limited medicines Glimiroyl M1 1-0-0 and glyciphse (metoformin ) -0-1-1

i am strictly followed diet whichis my own diet plan most of them I followed ayurvedic system diet 1 part of Grain and starch 1 part of fruit dals 1 part of vegitables with butter and ghee and 1 part is no items.

Take Amla Churna and Haldi Churna in equal quantity. Mix it well , take this ne table spoon twice a day before meals.

HBA1C cannot tested now at time all detail test to be done in next month.

No HBP it is in normal range 128 -to135 systolic and diastolic 75-85

TAKE AM LA POWDER AND HALDI POWDER IN EQUAL QUANTITY. MIX IT WELL AND KEEP IT INA AIR TIGHT CONTAINER, HAVE ONE TABLE SPOON TWICE A DAYS BEFORE 3O MINS OF MEALS.

AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE LATEST STATUS OF YOUR REPORTS , WE WILL WORK OUT AN EFFECTIVE YOG OF AUSHADHIES .

O K accepted I am DM from 21 years and pure i manage so it maybe decreased gradualy Since Iam managing diabetes without any diabetic supplements like ALA VCO Coq 10 suprydan mult ivitamin tablets and Vit D capsules I get vit D from free sun light itself

Only used glimiroyl 1-0-0 and metformin 0-1-1
