no,but drinking water is very good for health

Only drinking water is not sufficient for this if any one follow like In morning 1 glass water with lemon juice/Apple cider vinegar after 40 minutes 3-4 glass light hot drinking water , frequent green tea without sugar , barley water 1 cup before every meal or breakfast or snacks and in bed time again 1 gall water with apple cider vinegar will be definitely beneficial for Type 2 .

But indiacratus ji i had observed there is a slight increase of about 20 in FBS before and after drinking water.

Dear Indiacratus and cscon

It was out of curiosity that I tested before and after drinking water and observed the increase as rightly pointed out by cscon.

I satisfied myself with the explanation that the increase might be due to some of the minerals present in the water. I will repeat the test and come back.

As @cscon said don't try distilled water. It will absorb minerals from your body.
