one touch Horizon Strip not available in the market

We are using One touch Horizon for last two year but suddenly stop getting sugar measure strip in the market . Reason to duplicate strip are available in the market medical shop stop selling the product. Being customer why we should suffer because of company policy stop supplying the same in the market. Does the option of replacing glucometer machine available with the company are they going replace the machine free of cost to retain there customer please post reply for the above query

Go to one touch site and talk to customer care section. You need to send Rs 900 by cheque and return the present one touch Horizon to their office in Mumbai. You will get new one and 50 strips. I have done it 2 months ago and got new one in 8 days by courier.

Try ordering in online... eBay, Amazon, flipkart, etc.. U may get cheaper there.. If it is not available there also then contact customer care..

Contact Customer Care 1800225544 and register your One Touch device. Pay 995 via cheque/DD and get the replaced new machine. Machine is free of cost and you have to pay for the strips (60 strips). Company will replace the machine free of cost.
