my age30 y female.wt 43kg. my mng bs is 98 some person in the forum said it is high for my age.breakfast reduces bs to less than fbs.
i have stomachpain from 1 year.which is coming n going.i went gynocologysts they repeatedly done scannings and lab tests.they prescribed general medicins.
again i went to docs vt same problem..they have done colonoscopy.this time they menstioned meslo named drug..after using this my heart ratesup.. again they done ecg..which is normal in limit..but the didnt gone.
recently 6 mnths back again went to hospital due to stomach pain....stomach pain sometimes spreads to my back..exactly back point..sometimes goes up..but my ct scan report is perfectly normal.im lean from birth.4 years back got marraied. having a child.
plz help me how to improve my health condition....

blood sugar is not your problem. better as first thing first get out of stomach pain.
take approx. 5 gram Harad of best quality at bed time with equal rock-salt.
next day take three spoons of KUTAJARISHT preferably of Baidhyanath or Sandu. twice a day for three days.

Vitamin D levels are important to check.
