Reverse Diabetes

I recently got an email by Dr Kenneth Pullman, about a new plan to reverse diabetes in as little as a few weeks, I was very skeptical at first but I followed his recipes on the website below, and I can already see some improvement on blood sugar control.

If anyone still wonders if diabetes is reversible I think the studies is right type 2 diabetes can be reversed, as for type 1 diabetes I think he right diet and lifestyle modifications can help you significantly improve blood sugar regulation.
