My fasting sugar 120 &ppbs is 145,what can I do.

Verify blood sugar status after 4-5 days by repeating the tests. If again drops to your previous levels then there is not much concern though your FBS in April is slightly higher. If readings are same or higher then you should not neglect it. In that case some diet modifications can bring BS levels down.

Continue to maintain same level,afterwards go in for HbACi it should be about 5 even if is 6 do not woryy it is on.Have a good day

Along with the low carb diet (also ensure it is a split diet), go for walking daily. That will bring down your fasting sugar level.
