Dear Mr Singh
Thanks
Mr.singh what is your regular diet
Diabetic nephropathy is suspected. Your creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels are high.
A normal result (Serum creatinine) is 0.7 to 1.3 mg/dL for men and 0.6 to 1.1 mg/dL for women.
The normal result (BUN) is generally 6 - 20 mg/dL.
Consult a Nephrologist.

Thanks. If you know about certain websites helping to make Diet Chart, it will be a great help.

Have quaker oats with water ( no milk) for breakfast and add a dash of honey for taste .plus regular excercise / brisk walk is should be a part of your routine ..Besides Meditation , a sense of ' thoughtlessness' is essential, as stress is the main culprit & kapalbhatti and bramari yoga excercises...my sugar levels have drastically reduced with quaker oats , 83 fasting & pp 144 constantly for last 3 months , as earlier it used to be 160 & 240 , even cretinine levels were high , as the medications which we take has side effects n hence have plenty of water 16 glasess per day !
