domingus how bad and recent was your blood glucose? With almost as much carb you take, so far without medication I have been able to bring it down from 11.6% to 7.2%. medfree feels I am likely to hit the decline plateau soon. My next monthly HBA1C is due this weekend. efar52@gmail.com
