I think moderation and variety is the key.Eggs are good, but more than two a day on a regular basis? You are sure to be disgusted of them sooner or later.

That is too many ,Eggs are good, but excessive consumption of any foods may have unpleasant side effects. You need to keep a balanced diet, Were you provided with a list of foods to avoid? Were you advised as to the amount of exercise, what sort of exercise, what to avoid? Please do not put yourself at risk.

Namaste.

Thanks a lot,Vivanteji

In fact now I take 3 hen eggs daily with the yolk. A few after removing the yolk.Good meat is difficult to get and is too expensive.

Namaste!

Mass produced farm eggs contain residual medicines, hormones & preservative administered to poultry through injections & feeds.

It may be Quail eggs; four of them may be equal in size to one poultry egg :-) :-) :-) :-)

Thanks dear George.I use only 3 eggs with the yolk, which I am going to reduce to two. I have a few chicken raised at home with natural settings.
