Is the ADA set blood sugar levels applicable for people living in tropical regions ?

If that isn't applicable, what are the correct blood sugar levels for people living in tropical regions ?

And these levels are applicable everytime we eat breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner ? Or is it that they are applicable only after the 8 hour long wakeup time ?

FBS is measured when you wake up in the morning. PPBS 2hrs. after each meal.

Best control if BS levels are FBS<90 and PPBS <120

These are only broad indicators at best. The levels given may vary slightly this way or that way not just on the basis of region, ethnicity etc. but in a given area from individual to individual. That is why a range is indicated for the levels by all agencies including ADA. The fact of the matter is that the range indicated holds good across regions.
