Till date best artificial sweetener is STEVIA. Second no. Is SPLENDA.

worst is SUGAR FREE GOLD.

so guys switch to stevia in moderate amount when you have craving for sweets

To add to your post, pure stevia extract is the best .It is sold as powder and only a pinch is required to sweeten the drink or dish..Stevia sold in sachets and in bulk as spoonable stevia contain some ingredients to add bulk and therefore contains carb in small amount though

that is what my doctor recommended for me, it's very good as u said.
