Dear niru,

vipulrohilla has given best guidelines . I think if you succeed in following even 50 % of his suggessions you will get out of this diabetes trauma very soon. One most important suggession from my side is EXERCISE UNINTRUPTED .but in the bigining do not exhast yourself for more then 5 to 10 minuts.

avoid Walking more then half a km.

Avoid all milk and milk products if possible even buttermilk.

have a drop of black-seed oil(Kalonji Oil in tea or coffei every day as the first thing in the morning.

diet varies with persons-with weight,physical work and blood sugar level,cholestrol level. In general

1)eat meals that contain fibres, avoid sweets-jangry,mysorepa-like food. Dont take liquid food_kanjee or porridge,

vegetables and nuts can be taken.fish and crabs can be taken-mutton chicken better avoid

you can go through various web sites.
