Aspirin can increase the effects of certain diabetes medications such as glyburide. High doses of aspirin may also enhance the effects of insulin and therefore reduce levels of blood glucose. The insulin needs of people with diabetes may change. If you have diabetes, monitor your blood glucose more closely.
Every drugs have its own side effects if taken in larger dose. In heart attack it is advised for 75 mgm daily but in Rheumaic disorders much dose is advised.in taking 75 mg daily it is beneficial, not affecting Vital organs.
