The original comment is very true since the person himself is the most ideal to decide on the course of medication since diabetes is a life style disease. One need the help of a Doctor only if the situation demands. Mine is the 25th year of being diabetic. Now I am trying to reduce medicines with what I have been reading in this site. I could reduce my Insulin dosage by 20% by cutting down the Carbohydrate intake as advised by medfree in this site. Now I am trying to follow Mr. Shooter George who recommends Long Wheat Mash. As it is I am having it for dinner. Let me see whether I can reduce my insulin dose further.
