My blood sugur level is 200 to 400 & I am taking 45 unit Lantus insulin but it is not comming less than 160 in pp pl suggest how I control

Hello, if you are from your Dr. advice n take insulin/tablet, its good, now as you inform by taking this medicines,

if doesn't come under 160 level in PP means, for diabetic patient : BSF : 90/120 PP : 140/180 its no problem.

then you have to consult your Dr. and see any medicine changes like Victoza injection which works for 24 hrs.

It costs about Rs.3500/- plus with 2/3 points, it will last for two months.

FYI : to my age 63, with 15 yrs. of diabetic disorder,

i take Human Mixtard 50//Dionil tab : one, before B.F morning/Night dinner and Glychipage 850 three times after food. Now i have HbA1C by 7.2 (three months average - normal below 7) BSF : 113 PP : 158.

But i have diabetic neuropathy with weak feet, numbness, burning / tingling sensation sleeping disorder due it,

some time , also below ankle inflammation if i sit for long time on a chair.

The above conditions Dr. says due to long years of uncontrolled diabetic and working style without any outside

movements.
