Sir, I am a diabetic for last 14 years, now I am taking Glimaday Fort BD but sugar is not in under control, Kindly guide ,precaution is full
There are lot of ways to control diabetics, First you have to control yourself for avoiding sweets, second reduce your food and substitute with cooked vegetables. Take rice once during day time. Have greens often. take fenu greek seeds early in the morning in empty stomach. If you can go for walking a minimum of 30 minutes its well and good. Also take the medicines u take as usual. I follow this and I am taking Glimy 50 mg twice a day.
You need to control intake of carbs in your diet. No rice, wheat, startchy vegetables. Regular exercise.
My suggestions *
Brisk Walk about 60 minutes a day.
Eat normal, but avoid Sugar, Alcohol, Oily and high glycemic foods.
See your Physician regularly.

What is ur age. What are ur readings. Basting, 2hrs after BF, 2 hrs after lunch, 2 hrs after dinner. Get glycosylated from a good lab.Take sugar readings for 2 or 3 days. Record also what u have eaten. What is the dose/mg of ur medicine. How many times u take it. i am not a medic. But sugar can never be cured as professed by many. It can be checked by healthy food, lifestyle, stress free life, and eercise, or atleast 45 minutes of brisk walk every day. These appear to be simple but are difficult to follow.

Pl refer the Ravi soori advice it is very good. Stop eating sweet & other item as suggested by soori.
Whit my experience Take on Bhindhi cut the top and sliced iit and put in the Glass of water at night.
Morning drink the water empty stomach. ever day the we will get the result with in 15 day.
Up to now i drink this water every day and my diabetics are under control. Also drink lots of water.

Control of Diabetes depends upon:-
1. Food - Small amount of food, distributed into four to five servings a day. Avoid Ghee, Butter, Fried, Sugar, Jaggary, Honey, and high glycemic index food.
2. Do regular and brisk exercise for minimum 25 minutes per day.
3. Take medicines regularly
4. Do HBA1C from a good lab.
5. Do self monotering of Blood Sugar by Gluconometer, On Morning fasting state, before lunch, 2 hours after lunch, before dinner, 2 hours after dinner.

as you are taking the sulphonylurea glimaday day perhaps the beta cells are exhausted--the most important thing with diabetes is life style change--exercise and at your stage may need introduction of a DPP4[saxagliptin]provided your kidney functions are good and also the liver functions
in UK we also advise to keep a track on fruit intake as the fructose is converted to triglicerrides and hence increase the insulin resistance
we are now moving away from the sulphonylureas
