(வரக்கொத்தமால்லி என்பது மளிகைக்கடையில் மிளகாய் மல்லி என்று கேட்டு வாங்குவதில் உள்ள கொத்தமல்லியே. இது புரிந்துகொள்வதற்காக).

கலந்த பொடியில் இரண்டு டீஸ்பூன் பொடியை இரண்டு டம்ளர் (இருநூறு மில்லி ) குடிநீரில் கொதிக்க வைத்து ஒரு தம்லராக சுண்டக் காய்ச்சவும். பின்பு வடிகட்டி மூன்று வேலைகளுக்கு சாப்பாட்டிற்கு முக்கால் மணி முன்பாக சப்ப்பிட்டு வரவும்.

இதைச் செய்தவுடன் குறைந்தது முக்கால் மணி நேரம் வேறு எதையும்(குடிநீர் தவிர) உண்ணக்கூடாது.111111

ஒரு மாதத்தில் சர்க்கரை நோய் உங்களை விட்டு ஓடிவிடும். சர்க்கரை உங்கள் ரத்தத்தில் உள்ள அளவை ஒரு வார இடைவெளியில் இம்மருந்து சாப்பிடும் முன்பாகவும் பின்பாகவும் பரிசோதனைக்கூட சோதனையில் உறுதி செய்யுங்களேன்.

Worth trying! Translation for those who cannot decipher:

Take 500 gms Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya) and 250 gms Fenugreek (Methi Dana), roast them separately, grind/mix them and store them in a container. Every day morning, boil 2 tsp of this powder in 200 ml water till reduced to 100 ml. Filter this solution and have it in 3 parts - about 45 minutes before each meal. Do not drink or eat anything for the next 45 minutes (except water). Within a month, blood sugar will come down considerably. Check blood sugar levels on a weekly basis before and after consuming this solution to know the progress.

I will do try and confirm and i have one doubt this materiel in taking as a medicine it may cause to reduce body and the weight also because I have the minimum weight and the minimum body please reply it for the clarity of the above.

we have to try, since I have the tips from some source i am also not sure of reduction in weight, etc.

this solution and have it in 3 parts -- means what ? When these 3 parts should be consumed ? 1 with break fast, 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner ? Is it so ?

Yes, that's correct - 45 minutes before b'fast, lunch and dinner.

Friends! Scientifically speaking, both Coriander seeds and Fenugreek seeds are a storehouse of vital minerals and dietary fibre, besides a lot of other benefits. I have read about the benefits of using these spices for controlling blood sugar, albeit separately. This is the first time I have heard about this combination. Anybody trying this mixture (me including) will have to monitor sugar levels, weight, etc. closely.

To begin with, one can make a mixture with only 100 gms of coriander seeds and 50 gms of fenugreek seeds and see the effect.

This is an old thread - however, I came across this thread recently. After two days of trying this I see that my own sugar levels have substantially come down . I would not like to report numbers as it may be too early. I am excited about this treatment though.

I have a few questions.

1) Is sustainable? Does the body "get used" to this after some time so the sugar levels go right back up?

2) The original post says that you can get rid of diabetes using this method. Though it appears that you need to continue this forever, the original post is not clear on this.

3) What are the side effects, if any?

I see a couple of times venkas1 has asked for experiences. Does anyone have any experiences to share?
