Dear Raveendran, One Ayurveda Dr had prescribed me this 'Gokshura" around 10 years

back for burning urination since than I m taking this 1 cap daily and found it very effective as my KFT is always coming normal in spite of high fluctuations in FBS. You may check it on Google for complete details

It is due to fluctuation of sugar levels in your body . Due to sugar in your urine, infection is caused by bacteria. As per doctors it is Urine Treat Infection which you may have frequently due to Diabetes. As per allopathy there is no prevention. If you administered this with drugs its OK . after discontinuing the same this will again repeat with bad odor in your vaginal part of the body with other related complications. To overcome this situation you have to lower your sugar levels . We suggest following Ayurveda Aushadhies for you.

Punarnanava Churna 5 grams in morning and afternoon (3pm) for 15 days . after that Take Mixture of Giloy, Goksharu, Amla in equal quantity and have it twice a day regularly for life time , this will boost your immunity and lower sugar levels .

proper diet and exercise will be more beneficial.
