I too heard about flaxseed (ALSI) and will be taking it, the flaxseed should be ground, and early morning one table spoon mixed in a warm glass of water on an empty stomach, do not take mor thatn two spoons a day as this would cause a lot of medical problems for you, best stick to only one tablespoon with warm water on an empty stomach, I was told this is good for controlling the diabetes All the best
