Dear Sir, I recommend to take ALOE VERA of FOREVER LIVING PRODUCTS company of USA.I am taking it only.Its name is ALOE GEL and is available in 1 litre pack in yellow plastic container.The dose of it :if your weight is 60 kg.,take 10 ml of it empty stomach in the morning as weel as in the evening(2 hours before your diner time.).This GEL is not tasty ,but is not that bad also in taste .With all the best wishes to you.
