Diabetes control

Have normal food at fixed schedule along with your family, avoid tension, unnecessary anxiety. Regulate one's medicine as per the advice of the physician, brisk walking for 30 to 45 mts every morning, ten typyes of exercise prescribed by Dr.M.V.Prasad, repeated 70 times twice a day, eating one fourth of a ladu (any sweet at this quanity) 4 to 5 times a day could help control diabetes and reduce medicine gradually.

Dr.Prasad could be seen on Youtube. Though in Malayalam the exercises could be learned by all.
