I can say with certainty that Forever offers 3 drugs for curing Diabetes. Aloe Vera , Garlic and Omega-3 Acid. very highly priced. It is highly priced when compared with Baba Ram Dev's Aloe Vera . Forever charges Rs 1100/ for 1 liter of Aloe Vera while Baba Ram Dev charges just Rs 100/- one litre. All these products of Forever can not cure diabetes. Agent from Forever also came to my house and were selling all three products mentioned above for Rs 4000/-. When I told them that I have taken your products for more than a year and It did not cure my diabetes , they went away.
It is Low Carbohydrate and high fat diet which brings down the sugar level. There is nothing required but to eat 100 grams of Atta/equal amount of Rice. In 100 grams of Atta we can make four chapatis--take one chapati for breakfast , two for lunch and one for dinner with curd, dal, and lots of salad. Also take 5 pieces of Walnut, 5 Almonds and with 20 grams of Peanut as evening snacks. Do not take Tea with sugar. Avoid all types of sugar substitutes as in long run they are considered as bad for the health Take green tea in the morning and one cup of coffee around 12am and a cup of normal tea at 1700 hrs Take a cup of Milk while you go to sleep in the night. As far as fruits are concerned do not take Banana, Chikoo, Mango, Lichies and Grapes. Take all other fruits with less sugar like Kharbuja,Watermelon, Apple, Jamun, Khumani ect. ect.
My today's sugar levels on my Glucometer Fasting 85 mg/dl and PP 145 mg/dl. I more than happy with the Low carb diet.
