Yes. Hundred percent correct. Diabetic persons generally take food at regular intervals, do walking and exercises and go to sleep intime as advised by the friends and doctor. This will definitely keep body active and appears to be more active than before as I'm my case. 70% is in our hands and only 30% is with medicines. Follow these steps and observe the difference.

regular walk and swetting will help keep the normal sugar level

Diabetics are very conscious of their health and ill effects of indulgence caused if they lead a life without some control. This along with medicines, exercise etc naturally keeps them healthy to the extent possible under given circumstances.

Yes, the positive attitude and accept the blood sugar saves a lot. Blood Sugar found in me in March 2002 when I was going under severe official and personal pressure and tension due to marriage of my son and all arrangements to be done by me. I have no ancestral problem. So I was enjoying every day, drinks, smoke, no exercise at all. But in lab test it has shown PP 233 once, weight 58 Kgs, Stomach 38 Inches. Again I took as a serious problem, consulted Doctor, took medicines, as per advise of Doctor I started exercise for 45 min, (brisk walk), stopped CBs, Made new dieting system. Every day half teaspoon Cinnamon with hot milk in empty stomach daily. Tab for sugar (Glysen PM2 500 Mg) morning and evening. Had burning sense on feet. Every 15 days I started to test the sugar and seen it was coming down considerably and reached 100-140 or below to that. I lost weight 7 Kgs (become 51 Kgs), stomach from 38 to 31 inches. In August 2012, Doctor advised to take Glysen only once in a day with calcium tab one and multi-vitamin tab 1. Check the blood sugar once in a month regularly, HB 1AC and Lipid test once in an year, Till June my blood sugar is normal every month, but I am punctual with my daily diet and exercise, 45 min. walk from 8 pm to 8.45 pm, burning sense on feet is no more. Doctor (Dr. K.K. Khurana, Chandigarh Medical Centre) advised me not to think that you are a patient, enjoy the life, keep diet and exercise regular, Your problem is mine and happiness is yours....... Why I explained this much is only to know my friends here that we are our Doctors, if we are ready to control every thing, we can be happy through out by controlling the sugar for long time. Due to B.S. my lifestyle has totally changed now. It is a positive part in the life, otherwise never I could go for such things in life....Thanks for stopping here to read this..bye.
