Fasting is good and PP should be reduced to below 140.You should be able to do it with better control over diet and more exercise.

thank you for your valuable comments. southindian foods has much of carbs, it is difficult to eliminate carbs, suggest me an alternte menu suitable to southindian items.
?If you avoid 100g rice blood sugar level will reduced to nominal value. Instead you can add brown rice25g.
