For diabetic patient the simplest way to take the fruits are as follows:

Yes to Papaya( papeethaa) . Musambi, watermelon and small banana( Ellakki banana), if available 1-2 banana per day is advisable.

Say NO to Orange, Grapes, mangoes, Chickoos
