Your question is not clear! Average level of what? Are you talking about Hb1AC? I hope not! Also give some more details like present health problems, if any, and whether you are on any medication, etc.
if it is hb1ac it is serious. must control start running & reduce ur wt. whts ur age ? shift to low calorie low carb high fat . consult good physician immediately & start 4-5 kms brisk walk daily
