HOW TO CONTROL DIABETICS

I am a diabetic person past 10 years. prevention is better than cure, the words are exactly correct. Taking medicine is a process through doctor according your test result, but according your age, body,weight,mental stress, we have to analysis our diabetic problem how to control or reduce, a regular normal exercise, diet food, avoid fat and oily food, instead of having food three times take little meal or snack four or five times a day will be more effective. Meditation or yoga will help very powerful result. After all do not think I am a patient. God gives life we have to live, but in our way. A SUCCESSFUL PERSON DO DAILY,
