Multi-grain atta (such as Aashirvaad Multigrain Atta) may be used.
Oil should be used at minimum level.
Red meat such as mutton should be avoided.
Fish curry can be consumed. Fish fry should be avoided.
Chicken should be used moderately.

* Drink plenty of fluids, at least eight glasses per day.
* Eat a high-fiber diet of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
* Consider fiber supplements.
* Use stool softeners to prevent straining.
