How can the Sugar Level be Controlled, without Doctor.

you will have to keep your self on observation by messuring your blood sugar level very frequently.then take them to some good doctor and take his suggestion.If require i can guide step by step on this as i have been through same kind of situation.After my surgery no doctor from Chennai to Agra was able to control my sugar.Then i was sent to AIIMs for treatment and came out successfully with sugar totally under control after a forth night.

try to take more fiberous food thank your calories.You need to have everything about under control in smal small quatity.

Along with diet control and medicines exercise is an important ingriedient in diabetics management. The control is only in your hands and you must learn how to controlnand manage.

Follow this very basic food eating tips:

1. Eat only when ur hungry [don’t go eat lunch just bz its 1 pm...don’t eat time basis]

2. Chew 25 times [count literally each bite]

3. Don’t drink water before or during or after food for 1 hr minimum.

4. Stop when you get 1st Burp while eating. When you chew 25 time, you will get burp - its a signal that ur full.

5. Finish dinner on or before 7 pm

5. Then do walking daily 30 mins a day.
