Fasting blood sugar (after 8 to 12 hour fasting) < 100 mg/dL.(100 to 125 mg/dL is considered as prediabetes and > 126 mg/dL is considered as diabetes.)

Post-prandial blood sugar (2 hours after taking food) < 140 mg/dL.(140 to 199 mg/dL is considered as prediabetes and > 200 mg/dL is considered as doabetes.
