Diabetes and aging.

It is right that a diabetic appear older rather much than his actual age and it is the case with me. But, onset of other diseases and breach of immunity is not right. These two elements depend on our management of the problem. I am living with this problem for the last two decades and still unaffected otherwise and for the first time yesterday, I could bring down the fasting reading to 83. I walk briskly for about 8-10 KM almost two to three days a week and cycle for 30 mts with a bit of yoga for 30 mts.
