Mr Vk 1959! In the first place I have no hesitation to endorse the view point of Mr Vittalanand. Though I am not competent enough to dwell upon the medical aspect of the issue, I would like to say something against my own limited understanding. I believe and in fact I have been doing now that if we consume medicines of Ayurvedic nature the adverse impact of taking medicines for quite a long time may certainly be minimized for the simple reason that most of the Ayurvedic medicines( with the exception of some dissoluble minerals) would consist of natural ingredients . Having given my own opinion now let me say some thing more on the subject, These medicines should be supported by the following three regimes-1) regular exercise plus hard work. 2) strict diet and proper and timely intake of medicines.3)regular meditation. In addition to these three requirements please (as far as possible) keep away unwanted comforts and luxuries. This is my own opinion and it is up to you and my fellow friends either to follow or ignore Good day!

I have read the blog my mr.pander which says Ayurvedic medicines are good in the long term. The problem the clinical effect of these medicines are not tested in the lab. So is the case with many of the A. medicines. I was a propagandist of A. Medicines. Of late I stopped recommending it. Now I will suggest avoid continuos use of medicines.
