blood sugar keeps around 350

I had similar levels; I am responsible for my being diabetic; I was utterly careless in taking medicines; but I "woke up" 2 months ago; now AIl my readings are normal; PPBS almost normal including triglycerides, Thyroid, Renal Profile, CBC+ESR, albumin discharge from urine almost near normal, no blood pressure, - I stopped all friend foods in totality; eat lots fo vegetables and fruits; I avoid bananas, pineapple, grapes; haven't taken mango as yet else past decade ate plenty, lots and lots; but now no taking chances; I'm 56, unmarried and so no tension; but pray, meditate, remain cool and calm, always; just enjoy your wealth; take blessings of parents and grand-parents if any; take them on worldwide sightseeing holidays; just enjoy life, remain relaxed always; avoid friends too; latter of no use; exercise, take medicines on time, test-check for all medical tests twice every year; just ignore and don't think that you have diabetes; it'll all be normal in a month's time; thereafter you've got to sustain with same lifestyle; avoid alcohol too, if reqd. take red wine, but once to twice a week in limits only;
