My FBS level below 100 points by using 1/2 tab Glimipride PM2 in alternative day and when I was not taken medicine, I useing herbal syp. i.e. Karela Jamin Juice. Doing morning and evening walk regularly at least 4-5 km. But I feeling physically week and day to day weight loss. I am also a cardiac patient (RBBB). Please give me suggestion.
