i am diabetic and 19 years old .taking 2500 mg metaformin and neurokind next .my query is iam loosing hairs

my wifeis using HUMALOG25 insulin her HbAic 7.8 (morning/ev 15 units ) She feels so tired. Can we suspend the insulin and switch to orals.
